One of our childhood loves is Hafiz Ka Multani Sohan Halwa. The reason for this is that our respected father’s shop used to be inside Bohar Gate in Kale Mandi Bazaar. As soon as winter started, we used to request our father to eat Hafiz ka Multani Sohan Halwa. This is about 50 years ago. At that time only Hafiz’s Multani Sohan Halwa was available in Multan. The spring of halwa has come in Multan today. This is only because Multani Sohan Halwa of Multan Hafiz. Even today, they eat it with the same enthusiasm as they used to eat it a hundred years ago. Looking at the popularity of this halwa, there are more than two hundred halwa makers in the market. But what about Hafiz’s Multani Sohan Halwa And where in Halwa?<\/div>\n
Then we did the research.<\/div>\n
Why are people still eating Hafiz’s Multani Sohan Halwa despite the passage of so many years?<\/div>\n
The reason is simple. Hafiz people only prepare halwa. All the others who prepare halwa copy Hafiz. Someone started making halwa after seeing the popularity of halwa while selling sweets. So someone made date halwa. If you want to eat Multani Sohan Halwa, then just eat Hafiz’s Multani Sohan Halwa. This is because it is the only brand that has been making only Halwa for the past 10 years.<\/div>\n
Hafiz’s Multani Sohan Halwa is now the identity of Multan, due to which this land is also called sweet and the people are also sweet.<\/div>\n

In the preparation stage of Sohan Halwa, when appropriate amount of milk is added to the roasted green flour, sugar and ghee are added and stirred in a pan, then the surrounding atmosphere is filled with its fragrant fragrance and Sohan Halwa is made. The food is irresistible. Many people have been making Sohan Halwa for a long time and selling Sohan Halwa by making their own sales points in different parts of the city. Seeing the popularity of Sohan Halwa, many people have tried to replicate it, but no one has been able to achieve its taste.
