This trend mirrors the principles of a fascist government, which relies on centralized control in all aspects of society, from political institutions to business and families. Centralization principles claim to maintain order and control by consolidating economic power. However, history shows that centralized systems, like fascism, tend to decline rapidly. Today, Nazi regimes and fascist ideologies have disappeared, and even traditional family structures have evolved. Fascism and its centralized control are incompatible with today’s global push for democracy. Groups like ISIS and the Taliban operate with a single leader who holds all power, hindering peace efforts. After World War II, France, Italy, and other countries realized that peace and peoples\u2019 democracy are essential for humanity’s survival. People’s democracy is based on social well-being and freedom of opinion. Let’s examine the core principles of fascism and centralization. The first principle of fascism is that there is \u201cno principle\u201d of control over capital. Niccolo Machiavelli referred to the history of Sumerian culture 800 years before Christ. So the fascists presented their principles. (Reference: Political Ideas of East and West… Research: Syed Asghar Ali Jafri) 1. Mussolini’s fascism emphasizes the importance of action over mere belief in theories. He asserts that work must involve action to prevent others from gaining control. 2. Coercion and violence are central to fascism, as demonstrated by Mussolini’s use of force to seize power, such as his attack on the Roman empire with 200,000 rebels. 3. Opposition to Democracy: Fascism openly rejects democracy, questioning whether giving up central control over the economy in favor of elections and political parties is wise? 4. Opposition to Human Freedom: Fascism opposes human freedom and equality, viewing individual freedom as a threat to centralized authority established by the state and its occupier. 5. Opposition to Internationalism: Fascism prioritizes national power and self-interest over international cooperation. Mussolini pursued expansionist policies to strengthen Italy. 6. Domination of one Group: Fascism advocates for the rule of a single leader and a select group of advisers. This ideology asserts that only this elite group can comprehend and act in the national interest, often disregarding the majority as inferior and suppressing dissent through wealth and power. 7. Opposition to Peace: Fascism rejects the idea of peace, viewing pacifism as a form of cowardice and self-destruction. Mussolini dismisses it as an excuse for sacrifice, advocating for centralization instead. 8. Totalitarian State Concept: Fascism promotes a totalitarian state where the ruler and his group hold absolute power. Individuals have no freedom and must obey the government without question. 9. One Party: Mussolini believed that the presence of multiple parties undermines the country’s system. Therefore, he abolished all other parties upon coming to power, leaving only the fascist party. Mussolini adhered to principles of centralization during his rule, but when taken to the extreme, it led to the decline of his regime and the end of fascism. Despite this, the corporate class continued to embrace centralization as a formal strategy. Company owners have established Service Rules that employees can rely on, but they only enforce them when they require employees’ creative abilities. Otherwise, employees feel constrained by the fear of losing their jobs, leading to a decline in the value of hard work in society. Collective thinking was replaced by individualistic thinking, leading to a lack of solidarity among colleagues. If a coworker is fired, it only sparks gossip during tea breaks.
